The kids, mom, and I did a whirlwind trip to Los Alamos to see my brother and his family. As it worked out, we were able to catch up with Matt's uncle who runs the bookstore at Bandelier National Park in Los Alamos too. We hiked around Bandelier the first afternoon, then did Halloween the next day with my brother and his family, and did the 6+ hour drive home the next day! Whew! Next time I"ll plan to stay a little longer!
