The Bus!

Jacob's 1st day of school was Wednesday, Aug 19th. He has been so excited for kindergarten because you can ride the bus to kindergarten :). He is in the afternoon class, which he requested, and his teacher is Mrs. McEvoy, who I ran cross country with at Mesa State College. It is so nice to already know his teacher. I took him and dropped him off the first 2 days, and he was able to ride the bus home the first day. Today he rode the bus to school, he and Matt walked to the bus stop- he wanted to walk by himself, but I told him his mom couldn't handle it yet :). It's a little weird to have someone else's schedule to plan around - I keep thinking I'm going to forget to take him to school or something. I've been so excited to have the afternoons to myself while he is at school and Libby is sleeping, but there has been no sleeping yet!! She is getting in the way of my naps!
